My mum had both her cataract surgeries done here, two weeks apart. What I appreciated the most is the patient-provider communication. Everyone on the staff, from Dr. Madhavi Gaonkar to the nurses, pharmacist, and receptionists (if i could name them all, i would), are professional, warm and go the extra mile.
Further, information is shared systematically and factually. I get the feeling that they're able to read each patient and attune care accordingly. This is a super underated quality that isn't always found with other providers.
My Eye Hospital is a well-oiled machine. It's large, breezy, not crowded. The fact that it has 3 surgeons (+ visiting experts) makes this a pleasant experience, avoiding the chaos of rushed healthcare spaces.

I had a very good experience at the eye hospital. The doctors were professional, knowledgeable, and explained the treatment clearly. The staff was polite, caring, and supportive throughout my visit. The hospital was clean, well-maintained, and organized. The overall service was excellent, and I felt comfortable and well cared for. I recently got my LASIK done by Dr. Madhavi Gaonker and I have never been happier. The process was quick, without any pain and very systematic. The hospital is well- maintained and the staff is super supportive. Since our generation is heavily dependent on the use of technology I thought it would be impossible to do LASIK but I am glad that it takes only 8-10 days until you can use the screen once again!

It was a very good experience at My Eye hospital right from the time I first stepped into the hospital.
I could not see with my left eye, I was made to feel comfortable from the reception till I met Dr.Tanvi who very reassuring.
The surgery was quick and hassle free. I feel like I acquired a new eye.
Thank you Dr. Tanvi and all the care taker staff for all your care and hospitality. I will definitely be recommending this hospital to all my friends and associates.

My mom's cataract surgery was done in My Eye hospital Verna. The staff was very polite and explained us the procedure and oriented us with the surgery.
The doctor ( Madhavi) explained all my queries patiently. The surgery was quick and pre and post surgery details were explained properly. The staff called my mom on the day of operation to enquire about her health which really was a kind gesture.
The hospital is clean, well-equipped.
I highly recommend My Eye Hospital Verna to anyone looking eye care in South Goa.
